Chad did a great job of communicating with us! We appreciated it so much! He somehow juggled communication between borrower and co-borrower even when we did not have time to communicate ourselves. We always felt like Chad had our best interest. Our only regret is why didn't we use Chad sooner!? :)

I’m not the easiest customer to work with, there were a few points where I actually think I made Chad‘s job harder than it needed to be. I had my reasons and this was not an easy process. Still even with all of my bitching and complaining Chad remained professional on the job and got me through to closing. I think a lesser person probably would have just said screw this guy we have other loans to work on. So I’ll be forever thankful and consider myself very lucky.

the underwriter!!!!! made my life hard!!! not chad he did the best he could

I was denied by 6 other loan companies. As a contractor, they look at tax documents vs what I actually make. Chad went the extra mile and then had to keep going to make this work. As I told him at closing, he did what others couldn't, or wouldn't.

Our closing had some unexpected turns yet Chad gave me all my options and kept calm and professional the whole time. Hey communicated with me often.

Chad kept us very thoroughly informed throughout the process and explained all of the details to us in ways that we could understand. Moreover, Chad regularly engaged us in the process, giving us the confidence to feel that we were truly in control of how the mortgage application process transacted. He kept us informed of documents we needed to provide and worked with us constantly to make sure that we were meeting the needs of the underwriters (and that the underwriters understood our needs).
